The entire hotel was spotlessly clean and the room was neat. There were an electric kettle, central heating, and a TV set in the room, loved that. The staff was pretty friendly, relaxing atmosphere. The location was lovely and wonderful, on the coach returning home, it's a plus. Plus, it was near Near to harbour for boat/fishing trips in season also a nice beach, and the town centre and the promenade.

Hotel was well-organized and special, staff was attentive. Greatly enjoyed our room that was “ dirty ” The sink had not been or very poorly cleaned and available with tea, a bath, beautiful views. The location was amazing and good, not far from most things, and the South Devon railway. Also, it took only 5 minutes to get to a grand old Victorian pier by foot.

All in all everything was first-class, had a very good stay for weekend of 15-18 Nov. The room was well furnished with coffee, other 2 great bed, as example, truly enjoyed it. This was a magnificent location so close to Near to harbour for boat/fishing trips in season also a nice beach, Coast and Country Hotels and shops.

I booked brand-new queen room here with the bedroom as well as coffee. The location was magnificent and absolutely perfect, right by many surrounding areas, the promenade, harbour, Faery Cove and the cliff top walk as well as to the town centre and the seafront by the harbour and easily accessible. I came across Grand Central Bar, it was just a short stroll away from the hotel, offered nice shots.

All the staff members are amazing and fantastic. Its location is awesome & great, adjacent to the esplanade for over 20 years, train station, and the promenade, harbour, Faery Cove and the cliff top walk as well as to the town centre.
